Appisodes are big - be sure to be in an area with good wi-fi for as long as you need to download the app - probably about 10-30 minutes. If you are experiencing difficulties with the app we recommend upgrading to the latest version of iOS. You'll find that in SETTINGS. If you can't hear audio, make sure your MUTE switch on the side of your iPad is not red. If the video doesn't play, tap a tile in the navigation bar on the top, or force quit the app and start over.
